Saccharomyces is a genus of fungi that includes many species of yeasts. Many members of this genus are considered very important in food production. It is also known as brewer’s yeast or baker’s yeast. Saccharomyces activates metabolism with many kinds of enzymes, and contains Beta-glucans, which promote immunity and give moisture to the skin.
It is also rich in Vitamin B2 and minerals, and is an excellent nutritional supplement
