Honey has been reported to contain around 200 substances and is considered to be an important part of traditional science. It has uses in the treatment of burns, gastrointestinal disorders, infected wounds and as many other ailments.
Studies have also shown its has skin whitening properties & anti oxidation effects, this makes it very desirable in cosmetic formulations.
