The Magnasweet® 100 Series is a line of products based on the traditional Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate (MAG), which is the ammonia salt form of Glycyrrhizic Acid. Glycyrrhizic Acid is the unique ingredient found in licorice root. MAG is natural and GRAS with no licorice flavor.
