Nova Frost is an oil-based cooling complex formulated with a complementary blend of menthol-derived cooling ingredients. It combines immediate, intense and long-lasting cooling sensations to create a refreshing sensory experience when applied to overheated skin.
The complex works by activating TRPM8, the skin’s cold-sensing receptor, helping provide a rapid and persistent perception of coolness. Its carefully balanced cooling components offer formulators an alternative to traditional menthol for products requiring an effective cooling sensation with improved formulation versatility.
Nova Frost is suitable for cooling skincare, facial and body mists, masks, scalp-care products, after-sun formulations and other cosmetics designed to leave the skin feeling fresh, revitalised and comfortably cooled.
