Probiotics are living bacteria that enter the body and have a healthy effect. Most of the known probiotics so far are lactobacillus and contain some Bacillus. In other words, probiotics, which have reached the intestinal tract and are now able to grow in the intestinal mucous membrane, produce lactic acid to make the intestinal environment acidic. The number of harmful bacteria that cannot be endured in an acid environment decreases, and the number of beneficial bacteria that grow well in the acid increases, making the intestinal environment healthier. (Ouwehand etc, 2002)
L. rhamnosus is a useful lactobacillus that can be used for food and is currently held by Danjounbio. In particular, it has the ability to ferment natural substances to amplify the content of active ingredients or to produce new substances through bioconversion.
Bifida is a naturally present probiotics in human gastrointestinal tract (GIT). It is very useful because it maintains normal digestive tract, suppresses the growth of harmful bacteria, and strengthens the immune system.
Lactococcus is commonly used in the manufacturing dairy industry of fermented dairy products such as cheese. Mainly used as a fermentation starter and often mixed with other lactic acid bacteria such as Lactobacillus and Streptococcus and used for fermentation.
