Pullulan is a natural polysaccharide produced by fermentation providing instant lifting effect and smoother texture to cosmetic products. Pullulan provides excellent lubricity with a natural silicone-like texture at low concentrations; adhesive and film forming properties when used at higher levels (mascara, hair styling and peel-off/face mask)
Pullulan – effective binder & thickener of creams, lotions, gels, balms, lipstick, lip gloss, and under eye gels etc.
Pullulan binds well even in the presence of the surfactant (0.01% SDS (Sodium Dodecyl Sulphate)
For rinse-off products, Pullulan also improves foam retention and quality suitable for water-free toiletries. COSMOS compliant
Pullulan’s adherence property helps to provide an instant skin tightening effect , acting as anti aging agent
