NIO-VCS is an effective anti-aging and anti-dark spot active ingredient based on the encapsulation of high level of stable 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbyl ether (Ethyl Ascorbic Acid) into the niosomal ultra-deformable vesicle in order to increase the skin bioavailability
Ethyl Ascorbic acid is one of the most stable derivatives of Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) known that shows very good stability in all kinds of cosmetic formulations and it is metabolized to ascorbic acid in the target cells.
