SMART FS – an additive that imparts scrubbing and cleansing functionality to Toothpaste and Cosmetic products. It is a white or blue dyable granule based on Zeolite with other additives attached and having a size of 40 ~ 70mesh and a strength of 10-20 gf / ㎠, although customised particle sizes and colours are possible.
SMART FS – used in Toothpaste aids in removing tartar and plaque between teeth based on product integrity and the ion exchange characteristics of Zeolite.
Calcium ions on the tooth surface are used as a bridge between the plaque-forming bacteria and the teeth. In addition to cross-linking with bacteria, the calcium ions in the teeth harden on the tooth surface to form tartar or plaque
The Zeolite present in Smart FS is used as an abrasive, and absorbs calcium ions through ion exchange and directly adsorbs bacterial cells, along with physical polishing effects, thus suppresses the formation of plaque and tartar
Abrasives constitute at least 50% of a typical toothpaste. These insoluble particles are designed to help remove plaque from the teeth. The removal of plaque prevents the accumulation of tartar and is widely claimed to help minimize cavities and periodontal disease.
SMART FS – also has application in Cosmetics, in products such as Masks, Cleansers and Exfoliators.
SMART FS can detox and cleanse the skin with microporous celluar structure and optimal slightly alkaline pH
