SpecKare® HPR has the function of regulating the metabolism of the epidermis and the stratum corneum. In addition, it has the function of reducing sebum overflow, diluting epidermal pigmentation, preventing skin aging, preventing acne, skin whitening and lightening age-spots.
Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate (HPR) is the newest member of the “royal family of skincare” the Retinoid family. The queen of the family is the FDA-approved anti-aging superstar, Retinoic acid, (aka tretinoin) and it has been said that HPR is a gentle but influential sister princess to the queen.
