SpecKare Sponge Spicule is a next-generation, nature-derived micro-delivery technology inspired by freshwater sponges. Made from ultra-fine siliceous bio-microneedles (INCI: Hydrolyzed Sponge), these microscopic spicules work with the skin rather than against it, gently creating millions of invisible micro-channels on the skin’s surface.
Once applied, the spicules naturally penetrate the upper layers of the skin, stimulating surface microcirculation and awakening the skin’s own renewal processes. This controlled, non-invasive action helps activate basal skin cells, encouraging collagen and elastin synthesis while significantly improving the delivery and absorption of active ingredients into the deeper skin layers.
