SpecWhite® SG (Stearyl Glycyrrhetinate) has high level oil solubility and saturated molecular group structure, so, it dissolves in lipid phase better than Glycyrrhetinic acid. It has good compatibility with various kinds of lipids and alcohols. Compared with glycyrrhetinic acid, it has low melting point and higher stream pressure, which let it be more efficient on skin bacteriostasis, and removing inflammation and so on.
In skin care, it is chiefly used to
- Improve the capability of anti-viral,
- Anti-inflammation,
- Prevent allergy,
- Lightening and whitening skin,
- Sun protection
- Relieve toxic side effect from cosmetic or other factors to skin.
It is soluble and compatible with stearyl alcohol, Vaseline, squalene, vegetable oil, glycerin and proplylene glycol.

- Skin care (cream, essence, mask and so on)
- Cleansings
- Freckle
- Pharmaceuticals (eye drop, stomatitis ointment and other poultice)
- Toothpaste
- Shaver (cream, gel or similar products)
